1. Custom Design & Orders

• Consultation & Pricing: Initial consultations for custom jewelry are provided to outline design concepts.

• Deposit Requirement: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the design process, including CAD (Computer-Aided Design) creation.

• Approval Process: Clients must review and provide final approval of the CAD images before physical crafting begins.

• Final Sale: Due to their unique nature, all custom-designed pieces and altered items (e.g., engravings) are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.

2. Diamond Sourcing & Sizing

• Conflict-Free Guarantee: RS Diamond Broker warrants that all diamonds are sourced from legitimate distributors in compliance with the Kimberley Process and United Nations resolutions.

• Grading & Authenticity: Loose diamonds are sold with independent laboratory grading (e.g., GIA) to ensure accurate evaluation and fair market pricing.

• Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to correct typographical or system errors in pricing. In such cases, we may cancel the order or offer the item at the correct price.

3. Jewelry Repair & Services

• Service Authorization: By submitting jewelry for repair, resizing, or appraisal, you authorize RS Diamond Broker to perform the necessary work.

• Estimates: We provide free estimates for all repairs, including ring sizing, stone tightening, and watch services.

• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, such as internal gemstone inclusions or metal fatigue, that manifest during standard repair procedures.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Signature Requirement: For insurance validity, all shipments valued at $1,000 or greater require an adult signature upon delivery.

• Insurance: High-value items are shipped via insured carriers. RS Diamond Broker is not responsible for items once they are signed for by the receiver.

5. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from transactions with RS Diamond Broker shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, TX.
